7. Limitation of Liability

Peregrine AI Capital is not liable for trading losses, system failures, data breaches, or any damages arising from system use. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Use of this system constitutes acceptance of all risks.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access at any time without notice. You may terminate your use of the system at any time. All open positions and pending orders are your responsibility upon termination.

9. Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active operators.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to class action proceedings.
